About the Program
The Digital Video & Cinema Production program prepares students for careers in the growing film & video industry. Graduates from the program go on to have jobs in the video industry such as: production manager, producer/director, video editor, sound editor, compositor, camera operator, cinematographer, and screenwriter. Students in the program use the same state-of-the-art equipment and software currently in use in the industry. The training and class assignments have students shooting, editing, and producing their video and cinema projects within their first semester.
What will I learn?Digital Video & Cinema Production program emphasizes the three major areas of the process: pre-production, production, & post-production. Courses are taught by industry professionals with many years of experience. Some have feature film experience as well as national commercial production. |

Process to Enroll in a Digital Video & Cinema Production (DVCP) Internship
If you would like to register for FLMC 2280 (cooperative/internship), you cannot do it on your own. It requires the permission of the instructor or program coordinator to be registered. Here is a sample syllabus for the course; review the Course Requirements, so you’ll know what is expected of you during the internship.
