Early Closure on December 18
In gratitude and recognition of your contributions to student success and performance excellence, we will officially close all offices, except those that must remain open as determined by college presidents or vice chancellors, at noon on Wednesday, December 18.
Representatives from advising, financial aid, the Welcome Center, admissions, records, and the Office of Veterans Affairs will be available from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 26, Friday, Dec. 27 and Monday, Dec. 30 in the Victory Center.
Winter Break December19 - January 1
The Alamo Colleges District will be closed for the WInter Break beginning Thursday, Dec. 19 and will resume regular operating hours on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
Office Hours
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
First Saturday of the Month: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
* Last student sign in at 4:30 p.m.
* Limited advisors Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. due to Group Advising
Virtual Drop-in Hours
Monday and Thursday: 5 - 6 p.m.
Tuesday: 5 - 7 p.m.
